During my time in Peru, I connected with fellow photographer Gustavo Vivanco Leon. I wanted to execute a photo shoot in the mountains. Gustavo recommended we shoot at Chinchero which has the most beautiful landscape accented with snow capped mountains behind. It was perfect. The warm golden toned hues of that late afternoon sun almost painted the grassy fields an ochre color. It was truly magnificent. Although I had a wardrobe malfunction (changing clothes in the back of a car is never easy!) and my zipper broke on my dress, I improvised (life lesson: always make lemonade) and a strategically placed arm covered the fact my entire side of dress was open! Gustavo was incredible. I am very focused on what shots I want to achieve and we did so much together. Thank you for your patience, Gustavo!
